Madeline Haze Curtis is a writer and artist from Portland, Maine. Her fiction has appeared in Bellevue Literary Review, Copper Nickel, and West Branch, among others. She was awarded first place in Fourth Genre's 2022 Multimedia Essay Contest. A graduate of Stanford University, she holds an MFA in Fiction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she received the William H. Marr Graduate Writing Award. She currently lives in New Orleans.
